The Alesis Bass FX Multi-Effect Pedal brings a bunch of beautiful bass tones to a foot near you. Ten amps and three cabinets are faithfully modeled. Thirty effects targeted at bass players are added, along with an expression pedal input so you can have real-time control over effect parameters. Forty fat presets span the spectrum from clean and tight to raw and funky. There also 40 spots for you to save your own concoctions. You can not only mix in the effects you want, but you can order them in the sequence that sounds best. When it comes to bass multi-effects, the Bass FX strikes an optimal balance of features, portability and price. Created for Bass Even when using effects invented for the guitar, there are differences in the requirements for a bass. Equalizers and wah effects must cover a lower band of frequencies. Chorus and flange effects must also be re-tooled. The Bass FX contains only effects that are made for bass players. Amp and Cabinet Modeling Ten diverse amps and three typical cabinet configurations are accurately modeled, giving you a basis for your sound that is both flexible and dependable. 40 Editable Presets There are 40 combinations of modeled amp, modeled cabinet, and effects built into the Bass FX. There are 40 more memory locations for your own custom tones. Built-In Tuner There's no need to haul a separate tuner with you. Just push both pedals at once, and tune up with output muted. Expression Pedal Input Real-time control of effects makes performances come alive. Plug in any 1/4"-connected expression pedal and enjoy bass wah, varying tremolo depth, and much more. Introduce a step filter during a stop, or add chorus for the B section.
